Automatic Download

When you sign into Vision Anywhere and have an active internet connection, any patients who have appointments in your chosen book, today are automatically downloaded.

Note - When offline care reminders and prescriber warnings are not available.

When viewing the Appointments list, "Downloading patient records" displays until the download is completed.

Note - In the event of connectivity issues click the patient's name as normal to open the record.

When offline and the encounter is closed, a warning displays - see Encounter Preferences.


The Home screen also displays a count of open encounters.


Note - Any encounters not uploaded are deleted after 90 days.
